Tucker's Pub (Atlantic & Wildwood Aves), which was sold to a new owner last June, has undergone an extensive interior renovation and will soon reopen as the Old City Pub.
The business is listed as a participant in this Saturday's Erin Express Pub Crawl, though an official opening date has yet to be confirmed.
Tucker's had been a prominent fixture of Wildwood's restaurant/entertainment since opening in 2000.
The building has a storied past, originally and for many years the home of the Wildwood Title & Trust Company and later Cape May County Savings & Loan.
It was also a short-lived Chinese restaurant in the 1990s.
